Shipping policy

The following conditions apply:
Delivery is made domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Albania, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom.
Shipping costs (including VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge shipping costs at a flat rate of €2.50 per order.
Deliveries abroad:
We calculate the shipping costs abroad as a flat rate as follows:

Provision of digital content:

There are no shipping charges for digital content (data created and provided in digital form).
Digital content is provided to you via a link communicated by e-mail.
The sending of this e-mail with access data for the provision of digital content takes place within 12 hours after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in the domestic market (Germany) within 2-4 days, for foreign deliveries within 4-6 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the date of your payment instruction).Please note that there is no delivery on Weekends and public holidays.If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you.
