Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll refund you through the same payment method used when purchased. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Each of our custom-made products is unique and specially created to suit your specific preferences. We are committed to delivering the highest quality in every product we craft.
In line with the personalized nature of our custom-made items, we have established a clear policy regarding returns and exchanges for these products. Please read and understand the following terms and conditions before placing an order for custom-made items:
1. No Returns for Custom-Made Items: Custom-made items, by their very nature, are uniquely crafted according to your specific requirements, including size, color, design, and other personalization options. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-made items, except in cases of product defects, damage during shipping, or errors on our part.
2. Defects and Errors: If you receive a custom-made item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or does not match the specifications you provided in your order, please contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of receiving the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
3. Cancellation and Modifications:
- You may cancel or make modifications to your custom-made order within 72h of placing the order. After this period, we begin production, and no further changes can be made. Cancellation or modification requests are subject to approval and may be subject to additional fees.
4. Communication is Key:
- To ensure that you receive the custom-made item that meets your expectations, please provide clear and accurate details during the ordering process. Double-check all personalization options before finalizing your order.
5. Timelines:
- Custom-made items often require additional time to produce. Please refer to the estimated production and delivery times provided at the time of your order. Delays may occur, and we will notify you of any changes to the expected timeline.
6. Customer Satisfaction:
- We are committed to your satisfaction and the quality of our products. If you have any questions or concerns about your custom-made item, please contact our Customer Service team, and we will do our best to address your needs.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
